We will not have music available at the festival.

We have not set a deadline for lists of the songs that each chorus/quartet will be singing; however, we would like to get that info ASAP, as we need it to put together the programs, verify time limits, and verify that songs will not be doubled.  Please send those lists in as soon as possible.

We are looking at the afterglow location right now.  As far as organization, only the location will be organized.  There will be no cost to get in, and a bar and menu will be available.  I will send the location out as soon as it is solidified; we will announce the location to guests after the concert.

We are hoping to get some support (in the way of lowered costs) from a few local hotels/motels.  We will get that info out as soon as possible.

John Coffin will be doing quartet coaching on Friday night, in the gym, and there may be some woodshedding later.

We will need additional risers again.  We are trying to get an inventory of what the school can provide, then I’ll send more info.

We are working on setting up coffee & snacks for during breaks.  There will be water fountains in the school, but you may want to bring bottled water if that’s what you prefer.

Again, if you have any questions, comments, ideas, or concerns, please have your chorus director, president, or representative contact me, after checking the web site.  We are looking forward to another great year, and look forward to singing with you all again.

 See you in Silverton!

 Dave
